Open Ateliers Nieuwmarkt
During this last edition of Open Ateliers, more than 90 artists from the Nieuwmarkt neighbourhood in Amsterdam could finally open their doors to the public again. This event is a unique opportunity to meet the artists who live and work in the oldest part of Amsterdam, as you admire surprising paintings, sculptures and photography.

Artist district
In many striking and historic places around the Nieuwmarkt neighbourhood, a range of artists will present their work in group locations: De Boomsspijker, Splendor, The Outsider Art Galerie (behind The Hermitage), Huis De Pinto and Buurtkamer de Moddermolen. In House of Arts and Crafts young international artists will show their work in collaboration with Young Art Support Amsterdam, while over at Jodenbreestraat 4, the work by a very old master can be seen.
Central exhibition at Uilenburgersjoel
The retrospective exhibition at the beautiful Uilenburgersjoel is a good starting point for a visit to the studios and shows the artistic diversity of the Nieuwmarkt neighbourhood.
