It was always kind of predestined, right? A collaboration between Melkweg and Kaboom was inevitable. A big 'BOOM' created the Milky Way, so you can say they have a strong bond!

Kaboom It is the annual film festival for the latest and greatest in animation, and is a huge showcase for the wide range that is animation film: from wonderfully bizarre experimental art-house to colorful crowd pleasers for the whole family.

From October 15, 2022 to February 25, 2023, Kaboom also organizes a monthly anime evening in the Melkweg Cinema , where you can enjoy the best anime on the big screen again!
