About Ambacht in Beeld Festival

Ambacht in Beeld Festival has existed since 2013 and has grown into a significant event that introduces a diverse audience to passionate craftsmen from home and abroad. What is unique about the festival is that we do not focus on selling products but on exchanging knowledge and skills.

When one sees a master at work, it sometimes seems simple. But precisely because people experience for themselves during a workshop how challenging it is to make something with your hands, they gain an appreciation for the craft and discover that it takes years to master this craft. Moreover, they experience the pleasure of making things themselves.

The entrance fee is €10.00 at the door and €7.50 in advance online. Children up to 12 years old have free admission. The workshops are not free, and a ticket must be purchased separately.

During the festival, you can buy workshop tickets on-site, online or at the ticket & information desk (PIN only). Please note: everyone who visits a workshop or masterclass also needs an entrance ticket. The prices of tickets for workshops and master classes include VAT, materials, and use of tools.
