Exhibition Insane Living

In December 2022, artists from Outsider Art Ateliers did a workshop with 11 employees of Oost West Architecten. During this workshop, a number of themes were discussed in small groups that had been devised in advance by the artists. Topics such as 'housing shortage', 'sustainable building', 'festival city' and 'animal city' were discussed. Still other artists wanted to depict their personal interests such as 'Paris and 'a city in Ghana'.

In the weeks following the workshop, the artists continued to work on these themes and in a democratic consultation it was decided what title the exhibition should have: 'Insane Living'.

In addition to the workshop results, the exhibition Insane Living shows autonomous sculptures, paintings and drawings with the theme of architecture.
