Solo-expositie Reflections /a visual journey
In this exhibition in Atelier K84, designer Nicolette Brunklaus shows her new free work: large-scale tapestries, portraits and color studies. Nicolettes art and designs are exhibited all over the world. Her passion for photography and love for nature are clearly visible in her designs, each of which tells its own poetic story. Nicolette will be present in the art space during the opening hours of the exhibition, every Friday and Saturday from 12 noon to 6 p.m. Location: Keizersgracht 84H.

Spherical images that you can disappear into
In the exhibition Reflections / a visual journey, Nicolette returns to her fundamental love for creating spatial color compositions. During this exhibition she shows her new wall hangings, screen prints and digital prints on paper. She takes you on a visual journey through intimate spaces, nostalgic landscapes and portraits. She shares atmospheric images that you can disappear into; the moments she captures are delicate and silent on the one hand, dynamic and moving on the other.
The personal approach to Brunklaus Design's products and collections becomes even more palpable in the artworks on display in this exhibition. During a recent residency at the graphic studio Gate44 in Milan, she screen-printed numerous color studies. Nicolette's works have a strong graphic identity because of their powerful color compositions and lines.
