About Yasemin Demirozcan

Yasemin Demirözcan (2000) is an emerging photographer and creator of the RRReuring 2024 campaign image. Her artistic expression is fueled by a deep understanding of human connections and social dynamics, drawn from her background in sociology. Firmly convinced of the power of photography to bridge gaps and evoke a sense of recognition, she strives to start meaningful conversations and explore the complexity of the human experience in her work.

The campaign image of RRReuring 2024 'Love Is A Verb' created by Yasemin Demirözcan is inspired by the book All About Love by bell hooks (2000) and the photo of Muhammad Ali by Carl Fischer in Esquire (1968).

The opening of the Love Is A Verb exhibition will take place on Thursday, February 9 at 7:00 PM during RRReuring 2024. The exhibition will be on display until Sunday, February 18 in the foyer of Podium Mozaïek.
