In some areas of Haven-Stad, housing can only start in 2029. But in Sloterdijk, construction of Haven-Stad has already started. Haven-Stad covers the area between Sloterdijk, Westerpark, Cornelis Douwesterrein, and the Noorder IJ-plas. There’s space for 40,000 to 70,000 homes in Haven-Stad.
