HAINUWELE Galerie, founded by Miriam Mustamu and Kim Leiwakabessy, explores Moluccan art and culture through pop-ups in Amsterdam. The exhibition, KAIN, on display at the Meterhuisje at Westergas, focuses on traditional textile art from the Moluccas. Workshops and presentations reveal the secrets of weaving and dyeing techniques, symbolism and traditional costumes.

HAINUWELE is more than a gallery; it is a platform for cultural transmission and a tribute to ancestral sources of inspiration. In addition to Moluccan artists, the gallery collaborates with creative partners such as Loes Leatemia and Mirjam Manusama.
