The exhibitors

Anneke Peereboom paints worlds. That could be anything, because Anneke's paintings depict their own universe. Her style is figurative, but at the same time abstract, we mainly see rhythms and patterns, but also everything from reality. Her work is cheerful and colorful. Her work can also be admired in art lending centers in North Holland.

Anja Sies finds it fascinating to create something beautiful from a formless mass. She prefers simple shapes with an appearance that is as natural as possible. Her creations are created using hand shapes, paste, clay rolls and molds, matte glazes, engobes and oxides. She also makes drawings with watercolor, ink and oil pastel, which are sold as cards or paintings.

Inez Warnaar. In her images you see powerful 'masculine' lines in the outer form, while the feminine energy is palpable from within. The images are sometimes cheerful and humorous, sometimes sad, dreamy, nurturing, rooted or powerful. In her animal images, she tries to 'represent' the strength and vulnerability of animals.

The sculpture garden and studio of Inez Warnaar, just a few minutes' drive from the Dorpskerk, are open during the exhibition. You are very welcome to admire her work there as well: Korendijk 1, 1844 KH Driehuizen

The exhibition lasts from July 6 to 28, 2024 and can be viewed every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can buy the works. Part of the proceeds goes to the maintenance of the church.
