Da Bounce

A celebration of identity, heritage and cultural connection

As part of Amsterdam 750, Da Bounce presents a programme dedicated to ‘The Story of the City’ from 9 to 26 January. The programming highlights the city's diversity and inclusiveness through exhibitions, workshops, living room entertainment and more. With a focus on non-mainstream culture and urban art forms, such as hip-hop, spoken word and film, Da Bounce provides a stage for voices from underrepresented communities.

The programme includes six weeks of thematic activities, including Fashion & Identity, the Black Film Festival, and celebrations of black-owned businesses in Amsterdam. Da Bounce invites visitors to participate in a celebration of identity, heritage and cultural connection, strengthening the bond between diverse communities. Join a movement that embraces community and inclusivity and contributes to a vibrant and inclusive narrative for the city of Amsterdam.
