Located on the border of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and Oud-West and across from the famous Vondelpark, Restaurant Moer is the brainchild of the founders of Conscious Hotels. The kitchen turns out dishes that put the spotlight on organic, locally-sourced vegetables rather than meat, but plenty of both are available on the set lunch and dinner menus or the à la carte menu.
