This circular restaurant in the city’s most circular building is created entirely of recycled or reusable items (old jeans as insulation!). The brainchild of ABN AMRO bank, this pavilion acts as a meeting place and living lab to continue experimenting with innovative solutions for future challenges. While the building and its programming is largely open to the public, the restaurant and rooftop doubles as a hotspot for the Zuidas business neighbourhood.
