Primordial sounds

Dymphi Peeters will accompany this journey with her kora (an African harp), flutes and drums - and pre-eminently her deep, improvised vocals, that, like primordial sounds, seem to come from another world. Her voice and music reach into deeper layers of consciousness and express stored emotions, which brings the body to rest and the mind into stillness.

All rivers flow to the sea

André Meeusen will be guiding the travellers along the postures as anchor points, and mystical poems of Rumi and Kahlil Gibran as docking harbours. The poetry explores the theme "all rivers flow to the sea," telling a tale oriented towards the metaphorical ocean of consciousness.

Yin yoga

The calm, meditative but intense postures of yin yoga allow to sink deeper into consciousness, beyond the patterns of the mind. On the yogamat, physical sensations weave together with the musical improvisations. The mind becomes quieter, opening space to meet the music in the heart.
