Singing for peace – January 20

On January 20, you are very welcome in the Singelkerk for an inspiring singing afternoon with the theme 'Peace Singing.' Everyone is welcome, and the aim is to bring together people from diverse backgrounds, religions and ethnicities. A large Peace Choir is being formed together, not only for great singing and connection , but also to send a powerful, positive signal to the world. At a time when horrific events of war violence reach us every day, it is essential to cherish solidarity in the midst of division, powerlessness, anger, sadness and despair.

During this afternoon, three beautiful songs will be rehearsed under the direction of conductor Rinske van der Meer, which will then be performed. Also participate and spread the message of peace, love and life together with all singers.
