New work and a new group

Using Sanem's versatile voice, they express a whole spectrum of feelings of desire, fear and pleasure. Sanem Kalfa is known for her ability to express herself in all kinds of music with her voice. In 2010 she won the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival Vocal Competition, with Quincy Jones as jury chairman. In Miraculous Layers she appears alongside internationally renowned saxophonist Tineke Postma, pianist Marta Warelis and drummer Sun-Mi Hong.
