World premiere
Japanese composer Karen Tanaka previously wrote her virtuoso Techno Etudes II for master pianist Ralph van Raat. She also dedicated her first work for piano and orchestra to him. Philzuid is led by the young Belgian maestro Martijn Dendievel.
The commissioned work Techno Etudes IV will have its world premiere tonight at 20:15 during Philzuid and Ralph van Raat's concert. Frederike Berntsen will give the introduction at 19:15 on Foyerdeck 1.
