Klampanis calls those brief moments when a piano note resonates through the double bass microphone "latent info." For him, it's a metaphor for everything that goes unnoticed but carries deep meaning. Latent Info is the sixth album Klampanis has released under his own name. His previous album, "Tora Collective," was named one of the "Best Albums of the Year 2023" by DownBeat Magazine. "A formidable player and composer," JazzTimes declared.
