Paris Texas
Paris Texas is an experimental hip-hop duo consisting of Louie Pastel and Felix and originating from Compton, Los Angeles. In February 2021, they debuted their single 'Heavy Metal', which surprised rap fans with raw lyrics and a brutal mix of elements from rock and hip-hop. They continued this inviting, structured chaos on their mixtape 'Boy Anonymous' and the follow-up EP 'Red Had Akimbo', both of which were released in 2021. Both projects were received with critical acclaim and fostered a loyal fan base.

MID AIR
The duo's long-awaited debut album, 'MID AIR', was released this year. The formula appears not to have changed: grinding guitars, nervous drums and synthesizers reminiscent of a scary horror movie are the common thread, but with playful, raw lyrics that add lightness to the whole. A recognizable sound for Paris Texas fans, but unpredictable.
