Manu Delago – ReCycling Tour 2023

Manu Delago is part of the contemporary movement of classically trained artists who apply the influence of electronic music. With his ReCycling Tour he sets the right example: together with band and crew he will cycle from concert to concert throughout Europe. 1500 kilometers and fully sustainable, since all the electricity will be generated by bicycles and solar panels. The tour will be ushered in this spring by the single From the Alps to the North Sea, and will lead from Innsbruck to the bike-friendly city of Amsterdam. Manu Delago is known worldwide as an exceptional player of the handpan: a steel percussion instrument that resembles an upside-down steel drum and that is played by hand. He collaborated with, among others, Björk, Ólafur Arnalds, Anoushka Shankar, Cinematic Orchestra, and the London Symphony Orchestra. For his ReCycling shows he will be joined by Isa Kurz on vocals, violin and piano, and Alois Eberl on trombone.
