L'Impératrice
L'Impératrice - which means empress - from Paris make elegant, dreamy synthpop. Their debut album 'Matahari' (which they presented at the OZ!) turned out to be a gem, as did its successor 'Tako Tsubo'. Expect a very danceable mix of 70's space disco, downtempo 90's synthpop and sensual French film music. Supported by Liveurope: the first European initiative that supports concert venues in promoting emerging European musical talent.
