La Dispute
La Dispute's live performances are intense and merciless. In 2004, the American post-hardcore band was formed by five friends from Michigan. They released their first EP 'Vancouver' in 2007, which was soon followed by a tidal wave of great releases. The sound of La Dispute is reminiscent of bands like Refused, At The Drive-In and Thursday. They are on stage in the Melkweg.

Telling songs through short stories
Twelve years after the release of 'Wildlife', the band is coming to Amsterdam to celebrate the album and play it in its entirety! The record 'Wildlife' is an examination of a city in motion, the people who populate it, and the tragedies that seemingly befall them and us every day. Told through the short stories of a young man sitting alone in a room, the account documents an individual's search for meaning in the trials of others amid the fallout of his own unnamed tragedy. Pool Kids and Oceanator are the bands opening the evening.
