Morton Feldman was a walking paradox: a huge man and an animated talker who also created the 'whisperiest' oeuvre in music history. The Ives Ensemble dedicates a portrait concert to the enigmatic Feldman, who, together with his art brothers John Cage and Christian Wolff, is counted among the experimental New York School.
