Not a bar nor a concert hall, TenClub’s Monster Room turns into Amsterdam’s one and only actual jazz club every Sunday afternoon, starting from October 1st. Our headquarters at Nes 116 bring the atmosphere Amsterdam’s jazz scene has been waiting for without knowing it. Small to medium in size, the room provides the intimate backdrop for the hot and steamy performances by your host and master pianist Bas van Lier, who invites national and international guest artists to perform alongside himself during these very special matinee sessions. With just one season behind us, we are grateful to see so many of Amsterdam’s jazz aficionados time and time again on Sunday afternoon and we are very excited about the start of yet another season in ‘23/’24.

Past performers include Sister Sledge, Benjamin Herman, Anton Goudsmit, Hans Dulfer, Michael Varekamp, Rolf Delfos and many more. Champagne and oysters will be available in abundance during every edition of House of Jazz.
