Gary Lucas

Singer, guitarist and (film) composer Gary Lucas (1952) started his career in Captain Beefheart’s Magic Band, and he recorded over fifty albums in various genres. He received several Lifetime Achievement Awards for his songwriting in collaboration with Jeff Buckley—he co-composed Jeff’s anthems ‘Grace’ and ‘Mojo Pin’.

Peter Willems

Peter Willems (1999) recently graduated with honours from the Maastricht Conservatory, with a shared bachelor’s degree in vocals and double bass. He has won important jazz awards and has performed at festivals such as North Sea Jazz and So What’s Next?
