The Hitklup Loves the 70's

Who doesn't love the music of the seventies? The decade when the sky seemed the limit, the music sounded lush, richly orchestrated and the production budgets seemed endless. From swinging disco to pounding punk, from steaming funk to romantic singer-songwriter, bouncing glam rock, exuberant soul and swaying reggae, it was all there. It's the years of Abba, Queen, Eagles, Bowie, Commodores and the Earring. The Stones had great years and all members of The Beatles made unforgettable solo albums. The Cats, Herman Brood and Mouth & MacNeal scored big hits. We're going to do a generous selection from the huge collection of memorable hits from the 70s. Jan Robijns' band plays them all flawlessly, Leo Blokhuis became addicted to music in the early 1970s, so he can't wait for this evening and the soloists are eager to sing the timeless classics from that decade in a swirling Paradiso .
