In consultation with many groups of young people, Local Experts Amsterdam has developed a fun and varied tour through the bustling historic city center of Amsterdam for (international) pupils and young students. During this tour, history and current affairs of Amsterdam are combined with themes that are interesting for young people. Including a colorful citymap with lots of information!

During the tour you will of course hear all about typical Amsterdam phenomena such as the houseboats and countless small boats in the canals, the hundreds of thousands of bicycles, the black and crooked houses, the water management, the drug policy, the history of the city and so on. At the end of the excursion, your guide will be happy to give you tips on where you can eat out affordably, where you can shop and go out and of course you can ask any questions you have.
The tours are presented in a loose manner and are created in collaboration with your group.
If desired, you can then book a canal cruise at a reduced rate. Local Experts is not a culture card acceptor.
You can book the Studenttour for private groups from 15 people. Often school groups are of course somewhat larger, in which case the group is divided into smaller groups, each of which goes out with their own guide. The program lasts about an hour and a half. The tour includes a colorful citymap .
