Osdorp Branch Amsterdam Public Library (OBA Osdorp)

Osdorp branch is a busy library serving a multicultural neighbourhood. It houses a varied collection including books, audio books, CD-ROMs and games. Facilities include a BoekStart (beginner reader's) corner for the youngest readers and an NL-plein (adult education point) with six workstation computers on which adult learners can practice basic reading, writing, spelling and maths skills. Drop-in tutorials in Dutch, basic maths and internet skills take place every Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00. The branch also regularly hosts exhibitions as well as readings, workshops and other activities.
