A performance about life in devastated Irpin

Young people who have fled from Ukraine and students of the Amsterdam Youth Theater School work together on a performance about life in devastated Irpin during the Russian invasion. The previously carefree teenagers in Irpin communicate only via Telegram and video and are now growing up very quickly in a world of fear, betrayal and death.

The play was written by Nina Zakhozhenko, theater maker Iana Gudzenko wants with the project to offer a safe place for creativity and stories and to help the young people in their processing.
