The English glam-rock formation The Darkness became world famous in 2003 with their hard rock pastiche 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love'. The band toured stadiums and festivals with their big rock show, but in 2006 it all came to an end: singer Justin Hawkins had to quit and the band fell apart. After 5 years they, fortunately, came back together in the original line-up and the interest in the band again increased. The group that has made a classical hard rock with a wink to glam rock its trademark will release their sixth studio album in October, "Easter is canceled". At Melkweg Amsterdam.
