Music for in the dark

Mexican composer Juan Felipe Waller wrote Murmura , which means to gossip or mumble. In six poetic movements, this composition is an ode to our audience. Written to be performed in the dark, this composition explores the smallest nuances and greatest contrasts of listening.

The second composition Who is Speaking was composed by the Argentine composer Claudio Baroni. He created a subtle and sensory world of voices, nature and city sounds, in which a soundscape lets the harps sound through tactile speakers.

The last composition, Dark Ecology, was written by Morris Kliphuis . Morris has combined a rhythmically swinging composition for two harps with the freedom of the Korean dancer Miri Lee . The result is a mesmerizing exploration of movement and sound.
