Pieter Jan Leusink conducts Handel's Messiah

Handel’s Messiah is a commentary on the biblical journey of Jesus, from his birth through his death and to his ascension. The oratorio is one of the most recognisable masterpieces in music, and one of the most popular for the holiday season. Conductor and baroque specialist Pieter Jan Leusink, with the Bach Choir and Orchestra of the Netherlands, will bring Handel’s Messiah to life at the Royal Concertgebouw this Christmas; soprano Olga Zinovieva and baritone Andrew Slater will lend their voices to the evening.
