Life energy

According to Chinese medicine, the flow of chi (life energy, 'qi') in the body is promoted by performing physical and breathing exercises. Every body part (with emphasis on the internal organs) is believed to have some degree of chi.

To keep healthy, it is the intention to balance the chi in all parts of your body. By performing Qi Gong exercises, one can learn how to maintain or restore a sense of balance.
