Glorius christmas decorations

In Museum Willet-Holthuysen it is as if time has stood still. In the building, the staff of Abraham and Louisa Willet-Holthuysen, the last inhabitants of this canal house, have hung historical Christmas decorations.

In the dining room, the main course of the Christmas dinner has just been eaten, and on the festively decorated table the crystal dessert service is ready for family and friends. The main room is decorated with a richly decorated Christmas tree with gifts for the children. Muted light and music complete the picture.

Program December 23-29
From December 23rd to 29th there is even more to see and do in Museum Willet-Holthuysen. In addition to the beautiful decorations, Christmas stories are read aloud, various song ensembles can be listened to and coffee and tea are served. There is also the opportunity to play board games and discover the museum in a surprising way.
