It won’t come as a surprise that the focus is on meat throughout all three courses of this workshop. The star of the show is the delicious Japanese Wagyu beef. In addition, participants learn about the cuts of meat, what to look for when choosing meat; and which preparations suit which cut. Accompanying ingredients and sauces will also feature strongly. The dinner is concluded with tea and coffee with handmade friandises from Okura’s pastry chefs.
