Where orphans used to play

The Amsterdam Museum is located in one of the Netherlands' oldest and most well-known orphanages. From 1580 to 1960, tens of thousands of children grew up on this historic site but, in 1975, it was transformed into a museum. 'Where orphans used to play' presents a rich history of the former orphanage, including articles and images about the orphanage as well as interviews with orphans. See it until 31 December.
