Learn how to become a master graffiti artist in this group workshop in Amsterdam from Top Tours & Events.
Learn how to become a graffiti artist at this group workshop from Top Tours & Events, comprising both a learning experience and social event. The event starts with lunch, after which an artist will provide all the information and supplies needed to learn how to create graffiti artwork. After the work is completed, participants gather for an informal drink.
Following a lunch of sandwiches and coffee or tea from 12:00 until 13:00 at a nice restaurant in the centre of Amsterdam, guests begin the workshop. Over the course of three hours, participants will learn the importance of creativity, innovation and teambuilding in creating a piece of graffiti art, the latter of which is highlighted as the main theme of the workshop as the guests must work together on one piece of art.
The workshop begins with an introduction about the design and plan for the artwork as well as the basic techniques and the importance of composition and colour. After the introduction, the participants begin to draw, and slowly begin to fill in the work and create the outlines. At the end of the workshop, the group is presented with their finished piece – which they may, of course, take home.
From 16:00 to 17:00, guests of the workshop gather to discuss the artwork, the techniques and chat over a drink. The graffiti workshop costs €71 per person excluding VAT, and includes lunch, the workshop, two drinks and snacks.
