Receive a ticket with your City Card!

To be able to take a canal cruise with your City Card, you need to have the City Card scanned at Lunchcafé de Dialoog (Prinsengracht 261, also on and off Amsterdam Circle Line). In this way you will receive your canal cruise ticket on the spot. Make sure your City Card is valid at the time of the cruise.

The Golden Real

Three islands are located in a district immediately west of the Jordaan. The islands were built between 1610 and 1615 as an extension of the harbor. On the islands are mainly warehouses and shipyards, these have been there since the Golden Age. They formed an important part of the character and atmosphere of the islands. An undiscovered part of Amsterdam, on board you discover and experience one of the most hidden and photogenic parts that the Gouden Reael has to offer.

Well-known Dutch singer Harry Slinger

Discover the hidden gems of the city on board and get to know the people through personal stories through the audio guide system, voiced by the famous Dutch singer Harry Slinger. Amsterdam Circle Line believes that every guest should be able to get a glimpse of the real Amsterdam, which in their opinion can only be obtained by getting to know the city through the stories of the locals. Harry Slinger was not only born and raised in Amsterdam, but also breathes and represents the norms and values of the city like no other.

Nothing "must" in Amsterdam.

Make an exception though, because you should definitely be a part of this Amsterdam canal cruise!

Amsterdam Circle Line has a new address ! Ticket sales via Lunchcafé de Dialoog or on board the canal boats, currently this is the only departure point of the canal cruise at 261 Prinsengracht ( next to the Anne Frank House ). The addresses and locations described in the physical City Card booklet are no longer accurate.

Daily departures: 10.30am to 5.30pm, approximately every 30 to 45 minutes. Check the website for the most current information.
