In a light and airy deli-style shop, Simone van Thull pickles and ferments seasonal vegetables. The shelves are filled with jars of tasty pickles, homemade sauerkraut, mustard, chilli jam, and healthy drinks like water kefir and kombucha. Thull's also sells culinary specialities made by other artisans, including rillettes, white soy sauces and Spanish cider. Simone delivers to shops and restaurants – the orders are delivered by the Roads activity project.
