Prego

Prego is in a tall building in the Herenstraat with a mezzanine and walls that have been stripped right back. Wooden tables, silver cutlery and linen napkins - everything radiates quality. This goes for the wine and the food as well. On the menu are dishes such as oysters gratin, stewed shin of lamb and skate in a herby beurre blanc.
