Koel is Amsterdam’s first self-service frozen yoghurt shop, located right in the middle of Chinatown. The idea is simple: Just pick a size, fill it up with plain or fruit-flavoured frozen yoghurt and sprinkle on the toppings of your choice. The organic yoghurt is frozen on-the-spot, so you can be sure it’s always fresh.
