The detached cottage contains a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with WC, all on ground level. Wooden beams and panelling, a flagstone floor and a marbled chest pay tribute to the arts and crafts of the period in which the shed was built originally. The colour scheme and design furniture enhance the natural harmony of the guesthouse.

In the living room you will find a dinner table for two, the sitting area contains a couch and easy chairs. Of course there is a flatscreen TV available and Wi-Fi all around the house. Suitcases and clothes can be stored in the cupboard or the hanging closet. French doors at the back lead straight onto the private terrace on the waterfront. Here you can sit and relax after a day’s sightseeing, shopping or cycling and enjoy the quiet of Broek and the occasional boat that passes by.

A cast-iron staircase leads to a double bedroom on the mezzanine. The cosy little kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a simple, cold meal: Nespresso coffee machine, milk creamer, electric kettle and toaster. In the fridge there is room for the daily groceries and drinks. Cutlery and tableware you will find in the drawers and the cupboard.

The bathroom has a shower, a washstand & drawers, a toilet and a bidet.
