In December, The Hague’s charming city centre transforms into a winter wonderland. The streets are lit up with twinkling lights and stores are piled high with festive gifts. During the TINK winter event, more than 60 business owners create captivating window displays to battle for the title of the most attractive shop window. The excitement draws large crowds who come to eat, shop and win fantastic prizes. And when you’ve had your fill of festive cheer, the nearby beach invites you for a breath of fresh, crisp air.
