Where can you vote in Amsterdam?

  • With a poll card for the City Council election you can vote in any of the polling stations in Amsterdam.
  • With a poll card for the District Committee election, you can only vote at a polling station within the city district in which you live

The nearest polling station in your neighbourhood is printed on your poll card, but you can choose to vote elsewhere in the city or city district.

The polling station locations can be found in the free newspapers published by the local city districts, which will be delivered to homes prior to the election. The local city district newspapers will also provide the lists of candidates running in the elections. They will also be available online.
