Our offices are difficult to reach lately and waiting times for appointments are longer than usual. This is not how we typically operate, and we understand that this is frustrating for you. Many companies are dealing with the challenge of operating during this pandemic and we are no exception.

A combination of conditions is causing poor accessibility. Firstly, the demand for appointments is greater than what we can handle – as is the case with council offices and elsewhere in the country. We also  have several employees on long-term sickness and new employees in training. And, as there is a shortage of specialists able to do BRP registrations, we have now shifted several back-office staff to handle these. Most staff are also still required to work from home, given the 1.5-meter physical distance guidelines in place. 

This set of circumstances has resulted in slower service. We therefore kindly ask for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Once new staff have been trained and everyone else remains healthy, we hope for some improvement.

It is challenging and exceptional times for us all but please rest assured that we are doing our very best to remedy this issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this time.
