Research + Analytics 

Olivier finished his master’s degree in Economics at Science-Po in Paris, completing his master’s in Tourism Development at the Sorbonne. At Amsterdam Marketing, he is responsible for research & analytics. He is able to translate complex data into concrete action. He can summarise vast quantities of data into coherent reports, visualisations and infographics (data visualisation). Driven by his boundless curiosity, he stays on top of the latest trends in the world of digital analytics. In addition to his activities in Amsterdam, he also teaches ‘marketing intelligence applied in tourism’ at the Sorbonne, connecting practice and theory.  Since 2010, Olivier has chaired the Research & Statistics Expert Group for European City Marketing. Constant improvement and innovation is a major priority, and he derives considerable inspiration from this European partnership. His innovative view has been rewarded twice already with the ‘UNWTO Ulysses Awards for innovation’. He started his career in 2004 as manager of Research at the Paris Visitors & Convention Bureau. When he moved to Amsterdam, the switch to Amsterdam Tourism & Congress Bureau was the next logical step.
