The goal of our school is to foster internationally-minded students for the 21st century. Compassionate citizens who can think and learn well and open their eyes to the world.

The Rotterdam Japanese School is a private school established by the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry 1992. The school shares the premises of the Nord Anglia International School in a quiet area of Rotterdam. We organise regular exchange activities with the international school and traditional Japanese events such as Tanabata, Setsubun, rice cake making, Japanese drum performance, etc.

We offer extensive Dutch and English lessons and invite outside lecturers to help our students play an active role in the international community as a bridge between Japan and the Netherlands.
