Free online seminar on working in the Netherlands
If you’re an international (non-EU) student and almost graduating or ending your research in the Netherlands, the Work in Holland: Special permit for alumni of higher education webinar can tell you more about working in the country after your course ends.
To maintain the Netherlands’ position as a leading global knowledge economy, the country needs international talent. The Dutch government has created a special residence permit for highly educated persons aimed at attracting and retaining them in the country. This residence permit is called The Orientation Year or, in Dutch, 'Zoekjaar' (Search Year).
The webinar – to be held on 10 July at 19:00 – will cover topics such as what is an orientation year, how to apply, tips and tricks on starting a career in the Netherlands, and more. Attendees of the webinar will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
