Improving public services and quality of life for internationals
The City of Amsterdam along with municipalities in the Amsterdam Area want to improve the living and working conditions of internationals in Amsterdam, starting with identifying which areas can be improved.
The Expatcenter Amsterdam has therefore entered into a cooperation project with the Municipal Ombudsman to get a better understanding of the issues and challenges faced by international citizens living in Amsterdam. The Municipal Ombudsman is an independent organisation that investigates complaints about the services provided by a public authority.
