The City of Amsterdam has revealed their plans for 13 new housing developments, which will be available for sale, private rental and social housing later in the year. Together, the 13 sites will provide the equivalent of 1,300 homes for residents.
Alderperson Eric van der Burg says, “last year some 13,000 new residents arrived in Amsterdam. Most of these people are looking for a house. In recent years, a record number of homes have been built and we foresee similar numbers for the coming years”.
