  • Map of international schools in the Netherlands

Map of international schools in the Amsterdam Area

There are plenty of options in Amsterdam, and other cities in the Netherlands, for those who seek international schooling. Programmes offered range from the International Baccalaureate and International Primary, to the UK and American national curriculums. Many of these schools are private, but some are partially subsidised by the government.

International schools tend to have a strong focus on culture and languages, and encourage students to become global citizens but at the same time to acknowledge their own backgrounds, as well as the Dutch culture. If you’re looking for options for your children’s education, browse the map below or view them as a list.
